The federal government has mandated entities to pay federal tax deposits electronically.
- You can either initiate the deposit by phone or computer or Payroll Partners can initiate the deposit for
- There is an additional charge of $5.00 per pay period for the electronic transfer of tax.
- We can provide you with the forms to sign up for the electronic payment of your federal tax.
If you choose to have Payroll Partners pay your payroll taxes, those tax dollars will be withdrawn from your
account on or near the payroll date and paid when applicable.
- The charge for this is $7.50 which includes the impound of tax dollars and the electronic tax deposit fee
for federal and one state.
- Each additional state or city payment will add $2.50 to this impound fee.
- Your payroll processing fee is automatically withdrawn from your account on the same date as the taxes
when you choose this option.
